It is understood and agreed that this agreement is between the parties hereto and that no previous representations or agreements in any way relating to the subject matter of this agreement, whether expressed or implied, collateral or otherwise, oral or written (except those set forth in this agreement) shall be binding upon the parties hereto.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia and the laws of Canada as the case may be.
